• Delivery schedule varies 2-7 days depending on the destination city or town. For
the rare products shipment time will vary.
• Requests for cancellation of orders will not be entertained; however, in rare

address or incomplete information or recipient not reachable, no refund will be
given. Redelivery charges, if any, will be borne by the user.

Users have to use only their card when they make their payments. The liability of
using a fraudulent credit card lies on the user and the responsibility to establish
otherwise shall exclusively be the users’.
• We will not be responsible for any delay / non-delivery of the order because of
flood, fire, wars or for any reason that are beyond our control. For such orders
a complete refund will be provided.
• In case of any complaint against the quality of product we shall redeliver the
product subject to satisfaction of recipient. But all such claim should be raised
within 24-48 Hours of delivery. Refund can also be made depending on nature of complaint
and any decision to refund is sole prerogative of Exotica Bazaar.
• Prices of items which are subject to MRP restrictions are being sold on the website
after adding up costs of our services, delivery and online transactions cost...
• If you wish to select from a particular shop for Sweets and any other eatery items
the shop will be responsible for the quality of product. You can lodge complaints
on them through us, if the quality is not found up to the mark.
• We do try to deliver well within your mentioned date and time. Thought we deliver
on the date we promise, the time may vary based on the availability of the receiver
and our service in your area.
• The various logos/Trademark backed by product being sold by us on the website
belong to respective companies and they are the owner of said Logo/Trademark.
• Orders received after 2 Pm IST shall normally be processed as next day orders.
A phone call to us after placement of such urgent orders will be appreciated.
• We are not responsible for the breakage of any products in eatery as the packaging
of the sweet box is done by the sweet makers itself and thereafter processed to
be dispatched through courier.
• The condition of refund of the money is when the product reaches late from the
given time period and if the product received is rotten.
