Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The customer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Exoticabazaar.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. The timelines on the product page and order confirmation are an indication of average time required. In case of international shipments there might be delay due to Customs clearance, etc which are not in our control.
Returns & Refunds
Though the web has completely revolutionized the world by making available to us products from distant lands, it is limited in that it is only a visual medium. While we try our best to represent our products as realistically as we can, we unfortunately cannot offer the regular brick and mortar store pre-purchase experience of touching, viewing under different lighting situations, and sniffing various products! To that effect, if you feel that the product that you received didn't match your expectations; we offer a generous 7 day return policy. After the expiry of the 7 day period, all purchases are final and no product returns will be accepted.

2. Make sure the product is in its original packaging. The customer should make sure that the product is insured against damage. In case we receive damaged products aporv.com won't be able to make any refunds.

4. All return expenses and fees will be borne by the customer.
5. Refunds (minus shipping cost and tax) will be made in the form of Gift vouchers/cash.
If the damage is evident at the time of delivery, make note of the damage on the courier’s copy of the airway bill and their delivery sheet, as well as on the copy that you retain.
1. If any item has been damaged during shipping please contact us at email@example.com and we will expedite your case.
2. Please notify Exoticabazaar.com of the damage within 1 (one) days of receipt of the goods, along with the details of the damage.
3. Send images of the goods with close-ups of the damaged portion(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
4. Send the product to Exotica Global Inc, B-14, 3rd floor, Shashi Garden, Street No.10, Mayur Vihar, Phase-1, Delhi – 110091, India in the original packaging, making sure there is no further damage to the product.
5. All return expenses and fees will be borne by the customer.

(a). ship you another piece of the same product
(b). in case the product is not available we will send you a gift voucher for the amount of the product purchased good for your next purchase.
7. Refunds (minus shipping cost and tax) will be made in the form of Gift vouchers/cash refund.
We DON'T accept returns on products which have been personalized or customized.
